The Student Ambassador role at the LPCA Annual Conference is an integral part of ensuring the smooth operation and success of workshop events. As a representative of LPCA, Student Ambassadors play a critical role in assisting attendees and supporting workshop speakers, offering a valuable opportunity for learning, networking, and professional growth.

Workshop Management: Assist attendees in locating and navigating to their designated workshops. Oversee the sign-in process for attendees seeking CE credit and manage the sign-out procedure.

Speaker Support: Introduce workshop speakers if requested. Liaise with LPCA staff to provide any necessary technical support for speakers during their sessions.

Event Representation: Act as a point of contact for attendees, answering any general queries about the conference such as locating a workshop, check-in desk, or restroom.  In addition, Student Ambassadors will uphold the values and standards of LPCA throughout the conference.
